Associate degree/bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team.  Full time position includes benefits.
  • Assist Human Resources/Safety Manager with daily/monthly tasks, regulatory reporting and management of HR & Safety programs.
  • Assist HR/Safety Manager with work comp and property insurance claims, reporting and management.
  • Assist HR/Safety Manager with management employee benefit programs.
  • New employee onboarding and benefit enrollment paperwork
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and other required governmental recordkeeping.
  • Management of DOT driver program including drug testing program
  • Coordination of meetings & special event catering services and attendee materials
  • Manage wellness program for employee group.
  • Assist with employee uniform program/ordering & distribution.
  • Opportunity to transition into future management role for right candidate.

Essential Functions:

Skills and Qualifications  
  • Associate degree/bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills with positive presentation of self and the company towards employees and the public
  • Exceptional time management- task & multiple project management
  • Expectation to maintain confidentiality in matters relating to HR
  • High computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
