Meet our awesome team of summer interns this year at Farmers Pride!
Adam Echtenkamp, Madison location.
Adam is from Norfolk,NE and is attending Wayne State College where he is a junior majoring in Agribusiness.
Why did you choose to intern with Farmers Pride?
To help gain knowledge and experience in the agriculture field.
What are some of your day-to-day activities at the coop?
It varies for me each day, but mostly spreading fields, loading fertilizer and scouting fields.
What has been your favorite part of your internship so far?
I’ve really enjoyed being an applicator.
What's a fun fact about yourself and what are some of your favorite hobbies?
One of my favorite activities is working out and lifting weights.
What is your dream job after graduation?
My dream job is to one day be a CEO of an ag company.
Adam has been a great help again this summer! He was always a trusted applicator who wasn't afraid to try and learn something new. Thanks for everything this summer Adam, we were lucky to have you with us this summer at Farmers Pride! Good luck with your junior year at Wayne!
